The role emphasizes organization and problem-solving as you review orders, obtain freight quotes, and manage shipping documentation. You will also support returns, claims, and customer inquiries across North America.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic shipments and customer deliveries.
• Review orders and delivery notes to ensure accuracy and readiness for processing.
• Obtain and evaluate freight quotes to identify cost-effective options.
• Manage carrier relationships and shipment activities via the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Prepare shipment documentation, packing lists, and related records.
• Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Support returns processes and freight claims when needed.
• Assist with customer delivery inquiries and shipment status updates.
