Aquent partners with a renowned leader in the consumer goods industry, seeking a Transportation & Logistics Coordinator to ensure on-time delivery across a nationwide distribution network. You will monitor shipments, resolve issues with carriers and warehouses, provide timely status updates, and document milestones in the TMS to protect customer experience.

Collaborate with planning analysts for corrective actions and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Transportation, Logistics, or broader Supply Chain operations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities for complex issues.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a large, diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open shipments to identify delays, risks, or failures in pickups and deliveries.
• Investigate and resolve shipment issues with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Provide timely status updates and maintain visibility for stakeholders during disruptions.
• Document shipment milestones and exceptions in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Coordinate corrective actions with carriers, warehouses, and customer teams to mitigate impact.
• Assist with escalation protocols for high-risk transportation issues.
