JTEKT Column Systems North America is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Hopkinsville, KY. The role monitors, coordinates, and supports all logistics activities for both facilities, including rate negotiation, carrier coordination, and freight bill approval.

You will work with a 3PL partner to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining compliant, well-documented records. The position requires 3-5 years in logistics or supply chain, experience with international shipping, and strong

Responsabilités

• Negotiate transportation rates (Domestic and International) for both facilities.
• Approve freight bills.
• Coordinate with 3rd party logistics group to ensure timely billing and payments.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with logistic providers and suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers for timely deliveries.
• Resolve issues related to transportation and logistics systems.
• Track shipments across channels.
• Maintain records of logistics transactions.
• Monitor production and packaging for Suppliers.
