Qualifications

• One to three years' experience in logistics.
• Capable of performing physical labor up to 70 lbs.
• Previous experience in a high volume transactional environment and/or customer-facing role.
• Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Access, PowerPoint).
• Able to master usage of customized IT applications (Oracle).
• Must be an effective communicator with internal and external customers, staff, and management.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
• Self-starter that can work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
• Detailed oriented and possess a strong sense of urgency.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.
• Be able to obtain and retain any licenses that are required by National, State, and Local codes.
• Safely operate a pallet jack and tow motor.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive material daily.
• Receive purchase orders.
• Maintain shipping and receiving logs.
• Create purchase order requisitions and obtain approvals.
• Support field technicians with parts inquiries.
• Execute procedures for receipts, issues and transfers of materials.
• Notify Project Coordinators that job cost materials have arrived.
• Coordinate transfers in the ACE inventory system.
• Coordinate RMA requests and credit returns to vendors.
• Maintain inventory integrity and complete cycle counts.
