Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments to support daily transportation operations.
• Coordinate with planners, customers, and internal teams to keep shipments on schedule.
• Provide timely shipment updates to customers and partners.
• Review transportation capacity to maximize network efficiency.
• Investigate service interruptions and help identify solutions to keep freight moving.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems.
