Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Columbus, OH to manage outbound shipments from documentation through carrier pickup and delivery. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Production, Warehouse, Planning, carriers, and customers to ensure accurate paperwork and on-time shipments.

The role requires 2–3 years of logistics experience in manufacturing or distribution, familiarity with BOLs, packing lists, ERP/TMS systems, and strong attention to detail. Day shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–3 years logistics/shipping experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience with BOLs, packing lists and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process outgoing shipments and ensure binding documentation is complete and accurate.
• Prepare BOLs, packing lists, shipping labels and customs docs.
• Complete customer-specific shipping requirements (COAs, ASNs, etc.).
• Schedule carrier pickups via portals, phone, or email.
• Verify shipments against freight and attach packing lists.
• Allocate inventory by lot number and verify correct lots.
• Track shipments and address delays or exceptions.
• Enter tracking numbers and freight details in ERP/TMS systems.
