Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments to distribution centers and customers.
• Schedule inbound and outbound freight with approved carriers.
• Monitor shipments and communicate delays or issues.
• Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading and invoices.
• Track freight costs and identify transportation savings.
• Investigate shipping discrepancies and resolve freight claims.
• Maintain shipment records in ERP and TMS.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and warehouse teams to support production and receiving.
