Qualifications

• Customer service background in logistics or planning with ability to build a relationship with the customer and handle problem resolution promptly.
• Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables a plus) used for tracking and analysis.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, escalations and a large volume of day-to-day reports through the life cycle of customer orders.
• Build close working relationships with Key Account control tower staff and service their day-to-day needs.
• Ensure a large number of customer and carrier performance reports are completed weekly/monthly and submitted on time with accuracy.
• Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination to support inbound and outbound operations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders inside and outside the company.
• Process order setup via internal systems, including EDI feeds or manual entries.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI requirements and monitor inventory levels per customer expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.
