Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and escalations across orders.
• Work with Account control tower staff to service requirements.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for customers and carriers.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound operations scheduling.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders internally and externally.
• Set up orders via internal system and EDI or manual entry.
• Ensure timely order processing and monitor inventory levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
