Responsibilities

• Process analysis and input on quality processes.
• Coordinate and follow up training for employees.
• Coordinate training activities for new hires, cross training and corrective actions.
• Coach the organization on training effectiveness using tools and reports.
• Generate, interpret, analyze, and communicate results using management tools, graphs, and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
