Job summary

PSC Group is hiring a full-time Logistics Coordinator in Decatur, Alabama. You will manage daily logistics activities, coordinate domestic and export shipments within North America, and maintain relationships with customers and trucking companies.

Responsibilities include inventory oversight, reporting in Excel/PowerPoint, and ensuring safety and compliance with DOT, GMPs, and site procedures. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday with potential overtime; benefits include medical, 401(k), and paid

Qualifications

• Speak, write, read fluent English.
• Must be legally able to work in the U.S.
• Driver's license may be required depending on location.
• Experience in logistics is a plus; training available.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics activities per set guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with customers to understand requirements and inform of deviations.
• Coordinate domestic and export shipments within North America.
• Maintain relationships with customers and trucking companies for scheduling.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, documentation and reporting.
• Generate and circulate reports in Excel and PowerPoint to monitor department performance.
