Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in shipping and warehouse management is essential.
• Familiarity with cross-functional activities (QA, accounting, production).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Minimum 1+ year SAP R3 experience or similar systems.
• Experience with MRP/PPS systems and JIT/JIS order control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
• Knowledge of 5 Why problem solving technique.
• Good command of 5S principles.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and automotive manufacturing practice.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• 1+ year of experience in automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and consult with production control for dispositions.
• Secure supplies for customers (series, CKD, ETD).
• Maintain inventory specifications and accuracy.
• Prepare picking lists, accompanying documents, and VDA labels.
• Prepare shipping documents and arrange shipment of goods.
• Handle customer complaints and test reports.
• Prepare delivery situation reports and logistics updates.
• Manage logistics projects and process customs clearance.
• Prepare LKW schedules or order them as needed.
• Ensure on-time supply to module center and customers.
• Coordinate delivery deviations with customers.
• Organize extra tours to secure production or supply.
• Process customs formalities properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
