• Order Fulfillment & Costing (arrange logistics and monitor carrier costing, warehouse costing, inventory reconciliation, consignment account reporting, verification of delivery, aging inventory, invoicing, POs).
• Customer Relations (email communication to customers, monthly closing, order tracking, customer status reports, cross training).
• Customs & Compliance.
• Above-average knowledge: Excel, Word & Outlook.
