Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a shipping, dispatch, or logistics role.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to align with warehouse operations.
• Coordinate and schedule TL, LTL and SP freight deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain accurate Bills of Lading and shipping documents.
• Communicate with customer service, client reps and drivers to ensure service levels.
• Operate dispatch or TMS systems and maintain schedules and logs.
