Job summary

ROMARK PENNSYLVANIA LLC seeks a Shipping and Receiving Administrator to manage inbound trailers, record BOL details in the WMS, and print/attach documentation for inbound and outbound loads. You will track arrivals, stage shipments, and ensure accurate OS&D entries while supporting outbound operations and daily leadership reporting.

The role requires basic warehouse experience, strong Excel/Outlook/MS Office skills, and the ability to work Thursday–Saturday 6a–6p with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous general warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Excel, Outlook, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound trailers and enter details in WMS.
• Track trailer arrivals and stage BOL for inbound/outbound.
• Print LPs and attach to inbound docs; unload shipments.
• Enter OS&D information and ensure outbound documentation is complete.
• Coordinate with shift management and dock operations.
• Generate daily leadership reports using MS Office.
