Romark Logistics is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Administrator to join our warehouse team in Bethel, PA. You will receive inbound BOLs, enter data into the WMS, track trailer arrivals, stage documents, and support outbound processes with accuracy and speed.

Apply your attention to detail, strong Excel-based skills, and clear communication to ensure safe, efficient operations and on-time deliveries. This full-time role offers steady schedules with overtime opportunities.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous general warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Responsabilidades

• Receive the Bill of Lading (BOL) for inbound trailers from the carrier’s driver and enter data into the WMS.
• Track the arrival times of trailers by updating the EXCEL spreadsheet.
• Stage BOL for pickup by Warehouse staff and print/attach LPs to inbound docs.
• Enter OS&D information and ensure outbound docs are complete and accurate.
• Print and complete BOL for outbound pickup and provide to carrier driver.
• Conduct daily reporting to leadership using Microsoft tools.
