Job summary

LHH is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in New York City to manage global inbound ocean, air, and parcel shipments across multiple countries and distribution centers. This is an on-going temporary position with the potential to become permanent.

The role requires 3-5 years in international logistics, import/export operations, or related fields, plus proficiency with Excel and SAP. You will collaborate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

This person will be responsible for managing and coordinating global inbound ocean, air, and parcel shipments across multiple countries and distribution centers. This is an on-going temporary position with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international ocean, air, and parcel shipments from origin through final delivery.
• Collaborate with carriers, factories, booking agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve booking, transit, and delivery issues.
• Analyze logistics data, develop reporting, and communicate shipment visibility and performance updates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience preferred.
