• Drive Strategic Growth: contribute to supply chain projects, identify trends and improvements to enhance 3PL and carrier network performance.
• Lead Global Execution: process ad-hoc international exports with focus on customs and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver Data-Driven Insights: analyze network data using Excel and Power BI to build dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders.

• Optimize Transportation: Manage FTL/LTL and small parcel shipments, arranging pick-ups, monitoring progress, and resolving complex operational challenges.
• Drive Strategic Growth: Contribute to high-impact Supply Chain projects, identifying trends and process enhancements to maximize our 3PL and carrier network performance.
• Lead Global Execution: Process ad-hoc international exports, ensuring flawless customs and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Analyze network data using advanced Excel and Power BI to build comprehensive dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Team

• Essential Skills: 2+ years of experience working with FTL/LTL and small parcel carriers. Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/OMS/TMS platforms.
• Collaborative Mindset:Demonstratedproblem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills to align internal teams and 3PL partners.
• Bonus Qualifications: A degree in Supply Chain (or equivalent experience) and proficiency in Power BI will accelerate your success.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to navigate a standard office environment, lift up to 25 lbs, and meet basic visual demands (with or without reasonable accommodations).
