You will receive orders, check availability, and prepare shipments, acting as the main communication hub between customers and internal teams. The position involves daily load planning, routing coordination, and collaboration with clerks and management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing or DOT related environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound, planning and distribution for the site.
• Serve as central Customer Service representative and communicate with customers, site personnel, carriers and drivers.
• Enter order requests, confirm availability and prepare shipments.
