Job summary

Kenco Logistics is hiring a Logistics Coordinator I to manage inbound and outbound processes, coordinate planning and distribution, and support customer service. The role involves working with customers, site staff, carriers, and drivers to ensure timely shipments.

Responsibilities include inventory tracking, order processing, and daily load planning using warehouse management systems. Travel is possible, with opportunities for growth within the logistics team.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in warehousing or DOT-related settings plus basic administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound processes and labor planning.
• Maintain inventory levels and report to leadership.
• Serve as primary Customer Service contact and hub between customers, site personnel, and carriers.
• Receive orders, check availability, and prepare for shipment.
• Perform daily load planning, routing, and coordination using WMS/TMS.
