Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I in Chattanooga to coordinate inbound and outbound processes, plan shipments, and manage inventory. You will act as the central communication hub between customers, site personnel, carriers, and drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.

You will maintain accurate inventory Levels, handle order requests, and support load planning with the warehouse team. Travel up to 25% is possible as needed, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement within

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy.
• Experience with warehousing or DOT-related environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound processes and planning.
• Maintain inventory levels and report to leadership.
• Serve as primary Customer Service Representative and communication hub.
• Process order requests and prepare shipments.
• Perform load planning and routing using warehouse systems.
• Communicate with customer teams on inventory and deliveries.
• Provide direction to clerks and assist with Safety Resource Officer trainings.
