Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I in Ohio to manage inbound and outbound logistics, plan shipments, and handle customer service and returns tracking. You will act as the communication hub among customers, site personnel, carriers, and drivers, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy.

The role requires at least a year in warehousing or a DOT-related environment, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in warehousing or DOT related environment.
• General administrative duties including data entry, filing, and email/phone correspondence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key Customer Service Representative and central communication hub between customers, site personnel, carriers/planners, and drivers when integrated.
• Receive order requests, identify availability, and prepare for shipment.
• Plan loads, route, and coordinate inbound/outbound requests using WMS/TMS.
