Qualifications

2 years of logistics, material handling or inventory controls experience.
High school diploma required.
Basic level Excel and Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

Coordinate outbound shipments with Project Management, Logistics Management, Shipping Clerks, Material Managers, and Carriers for the Olathe plant's outbound shipments.
Manage daily parts/tower staging and outbound flow of materials.
Confirm all manufactured and purchased parts are available for timely shipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery to meet production schedules.
Provide up-to-date information to customers regarding delivery dates and times.
Assist with compliance requirements and document retention.
Measure and improve On Time Delivery for various orders.
