Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies, a leader in industrial HVAC equipment, seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer in the Olathe, KS facility. The role focuses on championing CI systems, deploying lean tools, and driving cost and process improvements with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and product engineering.

You will lead Kaizen events, apply Value Stream Mapping, and optimize processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CI events and initiatives.
• Lean experience and certification preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion continuous improvement systems and lean tools.
• Lead Kaizen events and value stream mapping activities.
• Identify and deliver CI projects to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure improvement impact.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams.
