Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I for our Olathe, KS facility. You will oversee inbound and outbound logistics, monitor material flow, and support production schedules.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and a focus on on-time delivery within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The position requires basic Excel/Word skills and a couple of years in logistics or inventory roles, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2 years in logistics, material handling or inventory controls.
• Basic level Excel and Word.
• Detail oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments with Project Management, Logistics Management, Shipping Clerks, Material Managers and Carriers for the Olathe plant.
• Manage daily parts/tower staging and outbound flow of materials.
• Ensure all manufactured and purchased parts are available for timely shipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material flow and on-time delivery.
