UPS is seeking a candidate for its Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics division to lead operations within healthcare supply chain logistics. The role emphasizes on-time shipment prep, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with LATAM and global Marken leadership to meet client demands.

Responsibilities include overseeing packaging, inventory, and warehousing efficiency, while delivering exceptional service to clients and maintaining organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Operations experience in healthcare supply chain and logistics.
• Strong planning and execution skills with process improvement ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure shipments are prepared on time per special instructions and specs.
• Ensure packaging provisions (Credo & Bio boxes, Dry Vapor shippers) are completed timely.
• Collaborate with management to meet client/service demands.
• Deliver exceptional service to external and internal clients.
• Perform tasks in compliance with regulatory and trade laws and processes.
• Supervise third parties (local agents, airlines, suppliers) to meet expectations.
• Contribute to corporate initiatives and network best practices.
• Develop and implement strategic plans with leadership teams across regions.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Measure and report warehousing effectiveness.
• Ensure client expectations are met and loyalty is built.
• Maintain quality by enforcing standards.
