Allen Lund Company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Greenville, SC. You will support Transportation Brokers, Carrier Sales Representatives, and Account Representatives with daily operations and load coordination.

You will build loads, set up carriers, and manage scheduling and tracking for shipments. The role emphasizes teamwork, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build loads for shipments.
• Set up carriers for transportation.
• Update/check calls and schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
• Update customer systems and provide critical information.
• Update active load information for shipper and carrier tracking.
• Answer phones and distribute calls to the right person.
• Match invoices to files; issue Com-checks and Quick Pays.
• Support accounting as needed; order office supplies and perform general duties.
• Verify carrier information through online applications.
• Ensure proper documentation is sent to Carrier Resources; contact insurance for COIs.
• Call references; update profile and insurance details.
• Call carriers to inquire about lanes, equipment types, and quantities.
• Complete ALC system training; follow Customer/Company/Office principles.
