Responsibilities

• Build loads and schedule pickup/delivery with vetted carriers.
• Track shipments and update shippers with real-time status.
• Source carriers and manage lane availability and capacity.
• Maintain documentation, insurance certificates, and rate confirmations.
• Assist branch accounting with invoices and digital payments.
• Deliver high-quality customer service aligned with company values.
