Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: Daily scheduling and receiving of all shipments, including monitoring ETAs and receiving transactions.
• Outbound: Daily execution of all outbound shipping activities, packing, selecting service level, and coordinating pickups.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve shipment delays and delivery requirements.
• Transportation: Maintain relationships with transportation providers and keep rate info/current contacts.
• Reporting: Generate daily inbound/outbound activity reports and quarterly carrier performance reports
