Job summary

Responsibilities

• Send requests and information to all Carriers.
• Track the progress of current Trips.
• Research & provide information to support all OS&D.
• Report percentages for on-time deliveries & related information.
• Process purchase orders/requisitions for Tupelo (Warehouse, Office, Traffic).
• Verify all packages received at front desk (UPS, Vendors).
• Miscellaneous research trips and date-related tasks for trips or loads.
• Research appointments to customers and related information that supports customers.
