Job summary

Zen-Noh Hay, Inc. in Pasco, WA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments, coordinate trucking, and ensure on-time delivery to ports. You will work with loading supervisors, verify BOLs, and input data into Business Central to support accurate bookings.

Requires 1 year in logistics; high school diploma (associate's degree preferred). This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the agricultural export operations.

Qualifications

One year of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or related field.
Familiarity with agricultural commodity/export logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with trucking companies for on-time delivery to ports.
Work with Loading Supervisors to ensure correct loading, dispatch on schedule, and accurate bookings.
Verify shipment information and bookings at ports.
Monitor container movements and verify receipts at ports.
Enter container data into systems (e.g., Business Central).
Verify and print BOLs and distribute to loading crews.
Confirm stack information in systems (e.g., Business Central).
Other duties as assigned.
