Job summary

Agri Beef in Toppenish, WA is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support daily transportation, warehouse, and administrative operations by scheduling freight, coordinating with carriers, and communicating order status to ensure timely product distribution.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and warehouse teams, monitor shipments, troubleshoot issues, and help identify cost-effective transport options while maintaining accurate records and providing reliable service.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize multiple shipments and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule outbound and inbound freight to support orders and operations.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, sales, operations, and warehouse teams for load details and deliveries.
• Track shipments and communicate delays or changes to internal and external parties.
• Maintain transportation records, shipping details, and carrier documentation.
