Zen-Noh Hay, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee transportation and export logistics for agricultural commodities and hay.

The role involves coordinating trucking deliveries, scheduling shipments, and ensuring accurate and timely bookings from facilities to ports. The ideal candidate has at least one year in logistics or related fields, with familiarity in commodity transport and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, agricultural operations or related field is required.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in supporting agricultural commodity, hay or export logistics operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with trucking companies for on-time delivery to ports.
• Work with Loading Supervisors to ensure shipments are loaded accurately and dispatched on schedule.
• Verify shipment information and bookings at ports.
• Monitor container movements and verify receipt at the port under the correct booking and vessel assignment.
• Enter container information from truckers into the system (e.g., Business Central).
• Verify and print BOLs and distribute to loading crews.
• Confirm and verify stack information in the system (e.g., Business Central).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
