Job summary

Zen-Noh Hay, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to coordinate trucking, scheduling, and export documentation to ports.

You will verify bookings and monitor container movements, ensuring on-time delivery from facilities to ports and accurate data entry into Business Central. The role requires at least a year in logistics or related fields, with preferred experience in agricultural commodities and hay logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education, training and working experience.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or related field.
• Experience in supporting agricultural commodities, hay, or export logistics operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with trucking companies for on-time delivery to ports.
• Work closely with Loading Supervisors to ensure shipments are loaded accurately and dispatched on schedule.
• Verify shipment information is accurate and bookings are valid at ports.
• Monitor container movements and verify receipt at the port under the correct booking and vessel assignment.
• Enter container information from truckers into the applicable system (e.g., Business Central).
• Verify and print BOLs and distribute to loading crews.
• Confirm and verify stack information in the system (e.g., Business Central).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
