Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build loads and schedule pickups/deliveries.
• Track shipments and update carriers and shippers in real time.
• Source carriers and manage lane availability and capacity.
• Verify and maintain insurance certificates and rate confirmations.
• Assist with invoices, Com-checks, and daily office workflow tasks.
• Deliver high-touch customer support in line with company principles.
