Qualifications

• Tech-savvy and adaptable in using digital tools.
• Strong command of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Exposure to or familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Laser-focused accuracy when handling load data and records.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Master the Logistics Lifecycle: build loads, schedule pickups, and set up vetted carriers.
• Keep Freight Moving: update carriers, track shipments, and provide real-time updates to shippers.
• Carrier Sourcing & Outreach: build relationships and check lane availability and capacity.
• Maintain Compliance & Documentation: manage insurance certificates, rate confirmations, and carrier resources.
• Streamline Operations & Finance: assist accounting, issue payments, and optimize workflows.
• Deliver 5-Star Service with customer-first approach across the organization.
