Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the Operations team in shipment execution and documentation. The role involves coordinating domestic and international shipments, maintaining records, and communicating proactively with customers to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in logistics or freight forwarding, strong English communication, and solid organizational skills. CW1 proficiency is required, with a focus on accuracy and problem solving.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Logistics or freight forwarding experience.
• At least one year of direct customer service experience.
• At least one year of experience using CW1.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer shipments from planning through movement, ensuring accurate execution and timely delivery follow-up.
• Revise shipment instructions and quotes, request missing information, and respond to customer emails promptly.
• Enter and maintain shipment data in CW1, create shipper/consignee/vendor records, open CONSOLs, and update milestones.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring import/export regulations compliance, including AES/AMS filings.
• Generate shipment documents (AWB, MBL, HBL, Delivery Order, Pickup Orders, pre-alerts) and update customers on delays and status.
