RXO is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Naperville, IL. You will support logistics operations, entering loads, routing, and dispatching to ensure on-time deliveries across North America.

The role emphasizes accurate load data, proactive communication with account managers and receivers, and efficient load tracking. The position requires at least 1 year in logistics and basic transportation knowledge; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience.
• General knowledge of the transportation industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders into the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken; update receivers and customers on load status.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify loads arrive on time and in good condition.
• Take check calls from drivers and validate load data before marking delivered for accounting.
• Investigate product overages, shortages, damages, and complete documentation.
• Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments for all loads; accept/decline loads per manager directions.
• Provide detailed directions to properly route drivers.
