RXO Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Logistics to support order entry, routing and dispatch, and traffic coordination across North America. You will maintain customer profiles, track loads, and communicate with account managers and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience or related role.
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Strong numerical and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter loads from customer tenders and maintain profiles.
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken.
• Monitor pickups/deliveries and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate driver communications and validate load data for billing.
• Document overages, shortages and damages; handle load routing directions.
• Schedule/reschedule deliveries and accept or decline loads per guidance.
• Provide clear routing instructions to drivers.
