Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist (SNE) in Naperville to provide end-to-end logistics support, including order entry, routing, and dispatch coordination.

You will work with account managers to monitor loads, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain accurate load data in the Transportation Management System (TMS). The role requires 1 year of logistics experience and a general knowledge of the transportation industry.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience.
• General knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders into the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken; update receivers on load status.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify on-time and condition of loads.
• Take check calls from drivers and validate load data prior to delivery for accounting purposes.
• Investigate overages, shortages, damages and document appropriately.
• Schedule/reschedule delivery appointments and accept/decline loads per direction from account managers.
• Provide detailed routing directions to properly guide drivers.
