RXO is actively seeking a Logistics Specialist to support order entry, routing, dispatching, and traffic coordination for loads moving across North America. The role emphasizes timely deliveries and close collaboration with account managers.

Minimum one year in logistics is required. The position runs Sunday-Thursday, 11a-7p, in Greer, SC, offering growth opportunities within a large network and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• General knowledge of the transportation industry
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out written or verbal instructions

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken, notify receivers and customers of load status
• Monitor daily pickups and deliveries; verify loads arrive on time and in good condition
• Take check calls from drivers and ensure loads deliver on time; validate load data for accounting
• Investigate overages, shortages, damages, and complete appropriate documentation
• Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments for all loads; accept/decline based on direction from account managers
• Provide detailed directions and instructions to route drivers
