NFI Industries invites applications for a Logistics Coordinator in Illinois. This role oversees the Dedicated Fleet operation and supports the Project Manager with daily tasks, load planning, scheduling, and invoicing coordination.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of logistics/transportation experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and TMW preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relations with drivers and coordinate dispatch.
• Communicate service issues to internal and external teams.
• Perform load planning and driver scheduling.
• Coordinate daily data entry in NFI’s TMW system.
• Ensure timely weekly customer invoices with invoicing team.
