Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee the Dedicated Fleet operation and assist the Project Manager as needed. The position supports planning, dispatch, invoicing coordination, and KPI reporting to customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in logistics, strong communication skills, and proficiency with TMW and MS Office. The role involves daytime hours with potential extended hours as required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years minimum experience in logistics or transportation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and TMW strongly desired.
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, communication and decision-making skills.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to multitask and work extended hours if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relations with drivers and coordinate daily dispatch.
• Communicate service issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform load planning, driver scheduling and dispatch duties.
• Enter daily data into the order-management system (TMW).
• Coordinate invoicing support with the home-office to ensure timely customer invoices.
• Provide weekly KPI and performance reports to internal and external parties.
