Job summary

RXO, Inc. in Pontiac, MI is seeking a Logistics Clerk to support reporting, data entry, and order processing in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will update and distribute reports, extract customer orders, and coordinate with leadership while maintaining accuracy and strong communication. The role requires MS Office skills, overtime flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; prior dispatch or logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mid-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Update and distribute multiple reports to internal and external customers.
• Extract customer orders to be processed.
• Daily interaction with UAW / Leadership.
• Data entry administrative functions in established computer programs.
• Sort and dispatch orders.
• Escalate and resolve daily issues that arise.
• Ensure dispatch boards meet standard by customer.
• Support other departments as required.
