Job summary

Responsibilities

Act as the key Customer Service Representative and central communication hub among customers, site personnel, carriers, and drivers.
Coordinate inbound/outbound planning and distribution; manage daily load planning and routing using WMS.
Provide timely updates to customers on inventory, scheduling, and delivery expectations.
Support safety training for clerks and leads as needed; assist with clerical duties.
