Kenco Logistics in the United States is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I responsible for inbound/outbound planning and distribution at the site. You will serve as the key Customer Service Representative, coordinating with customers, site personnel, and third-party carriers.

Responsibilities include receiving orders, planning loads, communicating inventory needs, and ensuring special customer requirements are actioned.

Competenze

• Experience in warehousing or DOT related environment is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy and professionalism.

Mansioni

• Coordinate inbound/outbound, planning and distribution for the site.
• Act as the key Customer Service Representative and liaison with customers, site personnel, third-party carriers, and internal drivers.
• Receive orders, assess availability, and prepare for shipment.
• Execute daily load planning, routing and request coordination using WMS.
• Communicate inventory, sales force requirements, and delivery scheduling with the customer team.
• Attend regional deliveries to validate processes and manage customer expectations.
• Provide direction to clerks on internal issues and customer concerns, and administer Safety Resource Officer trainings.
