Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics in Coppell, TX is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide proactive customer service for assigned accounts, assist with inbound and outbound shipments, and manage invoices and billing documents.

You will respond to inquiries, coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams, and help ensure SOPs and QA standards are followed while driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college experience preferred; 2+ years in logistics/related field.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehousing terminology; familiarity with warehouse and inventory systems.
• Strong mathematical and financial accounting principles; proficiency with MS Word/Excel; ability to learn systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent contact with clients and agents.
• Serve as liaison between warehouse and customer for account/operational needs; resolve discrepancies.
• Build productive relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee all aspects of assigned orders: entry, scheduling, tracking, issues resolution, documentation.
• Adhere to SOPs and QA processes for customers and warehouses; communicate requirements.
• Support onboarding of new customers.
• Maintain damage records, backorder logs, and regulatory reports as needed.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with billing staff to ensure accurate, timely invoicing.
• Maintain project KPIs and customer reporting; participate in meetings.
