Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service/Operations Coordinator to support assigned accounts by scheduling inbound/outbound shipments, coordinating with carriers, and managing invoices and billing documents. You will serve as the liaison between customers, warehouses, and vendors, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma, 2+ years in logistics or warehousing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices.
• Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Solid mathematic and financial accounting principles.
• Proficiency with MS Word programs (e.g. Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn warehouse/transportation systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent contact with clients and agents.
• Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer for account and operational needs and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop/maintain relationships with clients, vendors, agents, and industry partners.
• Oversee all aspects of assigned orders including entry, scheduling, tracking, issues, and documentation.
• Adhere to SOPs and QA processes for customers and warehouse activities.
• Support onboarding for new customers.
• Maintain records and regulatory reports as needed.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with billing staff to ensure accurate invoicing.
