Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Logistics Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day home delivery operations. You will act as a liaison among customers, Operations, Independent Contractors, and internal support teams to help ensure timely and accurate service execution.

You will assist with customer service, order management, delivery documentation, and operational follow-up while maintaining organized records and reporting to support daily activities.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Previous office experience required.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from customers, clients, and Independent Contractors.
• Coordinate and maintain delivery documentation (BOLs, service orders, manifests).
• Enter and update customer, order, and contractor information in company systems.
• Support delivery schedules and route execution with Operations and Warehouse teams.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports and documentation.
