NXTPoint Logistics in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a proactive customer service specialist to support assigned accounts, schedule inbound/outbound shipments with carriers, and manage invoices. You will coordinate with vendors, sales, and warehouses to resolve inquiries and ensure timely delivery.
You will maintain SOP compliance, oversee order status, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvements while delivering excellent service to customers and internal teams.

Responsible for providing proactive and excellent customer service to assigned accounts, assisting with scheduling inbound and outbound shipments with Customer’s Carrier’s (including LTL and TL shipments) if applicable, and managing invoices and billing documents. Responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. Helps implement Company Quality, Safety, and Customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s.). Coordinates with vendors, sales staff, customer service representatives, billing representatives, warehouses and shippers, as needed.

Minimum of High School Diploma, college degree or some college experience highly preferred. Minimum 2+ years of direct experience in a similar industry, or 2 year completion of Logistics and Transportation courses through accredited college.
Directly supervises a team of 5-15.
